Custom Thumbnail for YouTube video on a Mac

Instead of using the default three thumbnails from YouTube, you can use any part of the video as the thumbnail:

• Play the video using any player stop at the spot you want it as the thumbnail
• Press <command><shift>4 and then <spacebar>
• Click on the player window 
• Save the image on DropBox (optional, but very handy)
• Upload to YouTube
