Custom Thumbnail for YouTube video on a Mac
Instead of using the default three thumbnails from YouTube, you can use any part of the video as the thumbnail:
Play the video using any player stop at the spot you want it as the thumbnail
Press <command><shift>4 and then <spacebar>
Click on the player window
Save the image on DropBox (optional, but very handy)
Upload to YouTube
