iPad connects to weak WiFi network

I found one very interesting fact... my work place has a very weak public WiFi.  My iPad normally doesn't able to see and connect to it.  But once I connect a Bluetooth device (either my MacBook Air or even just a bluetooth keyboard), I am able to connect to this WiFi network.

If you are using a BlueTooth header, you need to go to Settings and turn on "AirPlay - Bluetooth" which will send sound from GarageBand to AirPlay and Bluetooth devices.
